I’m Tiara Willis, Empowerment Coach and Founder of The Coffee Shop Co.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the one people come to when they need clarity, comfort, or a gentle nudge toward their next big step. I created The Coffee Shop Co. as a safe space where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with the version of you that’s been waiting to rise.
My journey hasn’t been linear. I’ve navigated burnout, identity shifts, career pivots, and healing from experiences that made me question if I was allowed to live a life that felt good. I know what it means to be high-achieving yet unfulfilled… to hold space for everyone else while quietly falling apart. And I also know the power of a single conversation to change everything.
Today, I blend practical coaching, spiritual wisdom, and deep emotional intelligence to guide individuals through transitions in life, career, and purpose. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of what’s next, I’m here to help you find your way back to you.
